1 : 1 Session : Grief + Impermanence
Impermanence Counseling is a practice dedicated to helping individuals confront their mortality and relationship to impermanence with grace, presence and understanding. I see my role as a guide— assisting the navigation through the complex emotions and thoughts that arise when facing the inevitability of death. Grief is a part of our lived experience and a powerful tool for healing. Grief also reveals to us what we love and value. Through one-on-one sessions, I provide a safe and compassionate container for discussing fears, regrets, big life events, authentic and full living and end-of-life wishes. I help clients explore and expand their beliefs, values and priorities, allowing them to make meaningful decisions about their lives and legacies. My aim is to empower those I work with to live fully in the present while preparing for the future— finding peace, acceptance, and a profound sense of purpose in their mortality journey.
